Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Design hours rollover for the Entrepreneur and Agency Packages.

All the file formats that you need

We create and deliver in all the file formats that you need. Including PNG, JPG, EPS, PDF, PSD, INDD & AI. Source files will also be provided if required.

How it Works

You submit your design task request by email. We provide you with an estimate of the design task. Design tasks are estimated in increments of 30 minutes. We the give you an estimate for the time of completion per task. This gives you an idea of how much time you will use up for that month.

If your next project goes over your subscription hours in that month or If the scope of the project is large, complex or is requires multiple subtasks we will let you know and give you the option to either use up hours from the next month or pay a single task rate separate from your subscription. What happens if I’m not happy with a design?

Each design is subject to your approval, and you are encouraged to request revisions until you are completely happy.

Wait. How can you guys offer unlimited revisions?

We’re fair and we’ve found our clients are as well. We support a very reasonable number of tasks per client and we’ll let you know if you’re changes are overstretching the allotted times.
